Turns out, selling your house takes a little more than placing a For Sale sign in the yard. In fact, listing a house for sale is considered one of the top 5 most stressful life events. Sooo, that's cool. We've got that going for us now.

When you call me to sell your house, we'll set an appointment to meet (preferably at your house.) We'll talk about a few things:

• Staging strategies
• Marketing strategies
• Expectations and goals
• Your personal motivation
And we'll also talk about how I can best support you. Some clients want an almost daily update. Some clients don't want to hear from me unless it's to bring an offer. Some clients don't like to talk on the phone. Some clients don't like email. We'll figure it out and I'll cater to your needs. That's part of my service offering.
